ECO-CAST / TAPED AUDITIONS

Gary Nastu can provide coaching and directing for your video submissions. As an acting coach with 15 years of experience, and students who are working in TV, Film & on Broadway, Gary can coach, rehearse and shoot your audition quicker, easier, and more affordable and give you the best possible presentation.

Self-taping is becoming more frequent and you or your Agent will not always be able to tape your audition. More actors will be expected to self-tape their auditions. Gary can coach, rehearse, and tape the required scenes. You can then send the best scenes back to your agent for their approval! They will submit them to the Casting Directors or in some cases have you email your audition directly. This New Service from Breakdown services is called ECO-CAST. It is being used by Agents, Casting Directors, & Actors Access.

Package #1 You Supply the Camera:
Gary will rehearse, coach and tape your audition on your camera. You can then edit and upload your audition to Actor Access, your agent or the casting director yourself!

The cost is $30.00 per hr. It usually takes 1 hour or more to rehearse, coach and shoot depending on the audition! You always get the sides in advance. I recommend that your lines be memorized so you can spend more time acting and reacting than looking down at the script. Package #2 Gary Supplies the Camera and Shoots, Edit & Submits:
You get (1) hour of total time to rehearse, coach and shoot your scenes! Gary will then choose the best scenes, edit them, and put a title at the beginning of the tape. He will then email it to your agent or casting director at your request.

The cost is $60.00.per hr. You always get the sides in advance. I recommend that your lines be memorized so you can spend more time acting and reacting than looking down at the script. Self-taping is about the acting not production quality. Some Camera or Ambient noise may be on final product. Self-taping your audition with a local professional acting coach will save Connecticut actors and actresses' time and money. You will save the cost of the train, subway, taxis, and hours of time traveling to the city, missed work or school".
